What are commissions and success fees?
You only pay for the jobs that you are awarded! ManyBuild gets paid when you get paid. Members pay a reduced fee based on their membership level.
How do I create an account?
You simply download ManyBuild from the App store or GooglePlay store. Follow the steps to register, and somebody on our team will give you a call to complete your registration.
How do I find work online?
It is your responsibility to look for work on the app. Each job is awarded by the owner and we do NOT guarantee work. You must have a complete profile with photos and it is up to you to negotiate pricing and accept contracts online.
Is ManyBuild Free?
Yes! It is completely free to download and get started. However if your are not a member you do pay a higher commission or success fee of 12%
Minimum requirements for registering?
We require that everyone on our app have an LLC and a General Liability insurance policy. Don't have one? That is okay! We can get you everything you need register your own company with the state and get your own insurance.
How do I create a project?
Creating a project is as easy as taking a photo! Anybody can post a project by simply taking a photo of the work area, selecting the trades you need, describing the job, and setting your price.
